This is a positive pressure respiratory/Gas mask.  Can be used with  children 3 up to adult hood.  It is highly adjustable and extremely easy to use.  It uses any 40mm standard gas mask filter.

Put gas mask filter in blue blower, attach threads from mask to filter, turn on blue blower and that’s it!    Blower uses CR123 Batteries (4) and lasts 14hrs

I have tried this on myself and fit me as well.
