I want to send me XD9 Sub-Compact (Original XD9 not XD-M) to PRP to be milled for a 407k.
I cannot find any definitive info on what suppressor height sights will fit and be usable with the dot installed. Spoke to XS and they were not confident that their sights will work. Dawson said measure after you get the slide back. I would like to know what sights I need before sending the slide out. PRP has not replied yet. I want black rear & tritium w/orange outline front, but am open to other options. Has anyone here already gone through this? What sights worked for you? |

PRP replied and said there's apparently the only sites they're going to work with the dot or the trijicon sites that just have your standard white surround pretty in front. That's unfortunate

If you are putting a MRDS on a pistol you want your back up sights black and unobtrusive. Dots and rings and tritium are just distractions.
