I own several SWFA SS brand scopes and have never had an issue. Recently, I was digging around in the safe and decided to check my SS 1-4HD FFP illumination/battery and found that it only worked on the brightest positions with nothing on the lowest-midrange settings.

Sent an email to customer service and received a prompt reply via phone from Skylar at SWFA. Long story made short, within a week I had a replacement cap and all is back functioning as designed!

Just want to give credit where credit is due..... SWFA not only offers a great product,  customer service is second to none! Thanks Skylar
