I've had many good interactions over the years with Vortex tech support. Calling and having a human, fluent in English, answer the phone and then as a bonus being knowledgeable is awesome.
Last week I had a buddy ask me to mount a scope for him. He brought me a used Vortex mount, and he'd seriously buggered the screws. They still worked, but looked awful.
I measured them and went online to get replacements and couldn't find anything that looked exactly the same, so I sent an email to Vortex. Hey guys, not a warranty issue, just user error. Just want to make sure I'm getting the correct fasteners.
Long story short, new bolts were shipped the next day. I think that's awesome. They didn't need to do that. I'm always impressed with the way they treat their customers!
