Bought a big handful of the ITFD (In The Field Defense)binary assemblies before Bob had to close up shop, installed 2 when I first got them and absolutely love em!
Well fast forward 3 years since I got them, and I kinda forgot how to do the "tuning" process in the event that timing is slightly off. Does anyone recall the procedure of have a link to one of Bob's old videos showing the procedure?
I feel like I recall lightly filing the sear section on the under rear side of the hammer, but not 100% sure... Curse my memory!

Do you have a couple pictures to share of the internals?
Maybe a pic of the hardware out of the receiver and an installed pic? I’d like to visualize how it functions.

Not familiar with design, just thinking aloud:

The tuning more than likely involves the disconnector hook depth. It’s the disco that has to release early without allowing the primary (hammer to trigger) sear surfaces reengaging in order to fire on release.
