Is there a date code on a Winchester M193 Case box? Or on the individual 20 round white box inside the case ? I’m looking to see when some Winchester M193 white box ammo was made? Thank you to the experts for any help.

Not an expert by any means.
But you could email them with the lot number and they could probably give you a production date. |

If it's the Winchester manufactured at Lake City there should be a lot number/date code on the inside flap of the individual boxes. If I recall their code correctly, the lot below indicates Winchester Lake City June 2021 . . .  .... |

Is it even marked M193, or is it marked as Q3131?
Probably if you open it, the casings will have a year as part of the headstamp…. |

The cartridges usually have the year of production case stamped. IE '22.
