Friend of mine purchased an H&R Springfield Stalker .45 muzzle loader and the auction house says it has to go through an FFL but I don’t think that’s accurate.
I’m aware of certain muzzle loaders that would but I’m pretty damn sure I got one just like this mail order a few years ago.
Insight appreciated. My initial research says it does not need to go through an ffl. This can’t be “readily converted” to anything
Where is the auction house located? Some states like NJ have additional regs on BP guns which is why the auction house is insisting on shipping to an FFL.
