Didn’t haul jack squat Monday or today. Rain has everything soaked, so nobody is pouring concrete. All the cement silos are full.
All good. Getting it done around the house. Wife still works. I’ll hit the range shortly! |

First move in a while. Took a yard spotter across town on a funky tri axle trailer designed to haul transit buses. The wife put her foot down on me doing anymore OTR two months ago. There goes all the good money I was making.

Been off all week. But I’m home now.
Hauled the wife and kids to the beach. Attached File But to keep it truck related, the shop put a new seat in my KW while I wasn’t running this week. So that’s cool, and an unexpected surprise. Attached File |

The locals aren't happy about where they're building it and have been tying up the project in court. The temple site is in a neighborhood with multi-million dollar houses. We got flipped off daily and filmed by the locals as we were moving loads, the city police harassed us on day one as we were moving the oversized loads through town. Fortunately the WY Highway Patrol showed up and put a stop to it. We had some protestors show up the first day but the weather turned cold and shitty with a snow/rain mix the next two days which put a stop to the fair weather protestors but it turned the off load site into a muddy mess. No pictures as the situation was sensitive/volatile and the contractor requested that we not take pictures. |
