Tons to choose from but the one that got me thinking of this subject is...
Walker Texas Ranger. I usually have the TV on in the background at the house...today I was feeling a bit tired so laid on the couch and sorta paid attention to a couple of episodes... My lord |

Holy hell it’s borderline cringe how dumb most of it is. |

The only redeeming feature of Buck Rogers in the 25th Century was Erin Gray. They were trying to be Star Wars with a cheaper budget.

Growing up, we didn't have cable. Only 4 channels over the air. Sundays at like 11am was a show called Renegade with Lorenzo Lamas. That used to be my jam when I was a kid. Never got to see it all. I recently finished watching it on my Plex from start to finish. The cheese level is off the charts. Especially around season 5 when he started wearing a wig cause he'd cut his hair in real life.
Also, the original MacGuyver. Its almost too cheesy to watch. Quantum Leap Hey Dude Doogie Howser, MD Tales From the Crypt Father Dowling Mysteries Goosebumps Are You Afraid of the Dark |

It held up better than I expected but admittedly my expectations were pretty low. |

I have to agree with everything mentioned above.
I nominate The A Team. That show was cheesy as shit. No one ever died. |

We've watched through the entire series twice or more with our kids now and they loved it. Also, that Christmas Special will punch you in the guts. |

I remember first seeing Erin Gray as Col. Wilma Deering when I saw the movie at the theater, and fell in love with her. I got to meet her years later at a comic convention in Kansas several years back and got an autographed picture. She was very nice and sweet.
I liked the show but it did have some bad episodes. The "space vampire" one was bad. |

Anything from Aaron Spelling.
All the family sitcoms. Btw, you always knew when the series was about to die off because they would introduce the quippy new sibling who was given all the cute punchlines. 🤮 |
