Nope.
General with other than honorable is questionable.
Big chicken dinners and Dishonorable are going to be problematic.

The definitive answer for Federal Law is USC 922:
(6)who has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;
Does a general discharge under honorable conditions, prohibit possession of firearms?
