I would gladly vote to acquit him...
IF his defense team used an argument that the Second Amendment was an absolute right and those who oppose it are criminals and "Fascists" seeking to establish a tyrannical dictatorship. And, IF he then made numerous PSAs promoting "Gun Control Control" laws aimed at restricting gun control in America. Laws which, among other things, would declare gun control groups to be anti-civil rights hate groups akin to the Klan or the Nazi Party. |
