I just crammed a 12 pound picnic in my slow cooker.
I'm debating pulling it and putting it in the oven.

I put smoke on them for a time and then wrap them in parchment and aluminum foil and finish them in the convection oven. 3 hour rest, then pull it

Yeah, I was going to smoke it, but I have a severe case of lazies today. Can you overstuff a crock pot?
