I got lucky and bought it while it was available through Makarov.Com.

Wish I'd have bought about 5 Maks back when they were cheap and plentiful...

They are both custom grips made by Hakan Pek of Norway.

I sold 4 so I only have 5 left.  I regret selling when I didn't need too.

Are those the Novak sights on the lower left Mak?  I got a pair from Makarov.com but I haven't put them on yet?  If so how well do you like them?

I believe so, it's a Beast slide modification but the guy no longer does them.

No, they are 100% different guns. The Polish p64's and very hard to find stuff for.

Also not a Makarov.  Nothing interchangable except the ammo.

That's the first one I've seen that is almost identical to mine.  Mine is a 1962, but with a plain black grip.

Is that grip on yours Russian?

Local fun shop has a Russian one (Imez).  I think I hear its siren songs.

Nobody has one suppressed?

At one time I had a threaded bbl but never got around to getting a suppresor, plus the bbl makes the pistol look disproportional.

They have pictures of the integrated ones floating around the web, but I havent seen one with a screw-on yet. Would a 9mm can work?

Sorry.

I put over 200 rounds through my newest mak. A bulgarian model.

Sellier and Bellot, CCI hollow points, Barnaul hollow points, Hornady hollow points, Norinco green box FMJ to name a few! I love this gun. Here is another shot of my bulgarian with my '61 east german.
