I have a p-38, that an officer brought back from Italy. I inherited this.
It shot perfect but I decided to put some new springs in it and new grips.I over tightened the grip screw and pulled the back part of the in. I tried to straighten it and made it worst. The pistol appears to be in very good condition and I have every part. There are very small German markings all over the main parts. What looks like the #350 is marked on several pieces.There are little wavey lines above the numbers. It has ac42 and the serial # on the frame and slide. I think a gunsmith could fix the frame. The mags fit fine. I would like to sell this but have no idea of value or the best place to advertise it? What do you guys think?
