Mods - please remove if not allowed.

I'm currently stationed in Japan, in the next few weeks I'm returning to Nashville to see family. I've got several guns stored there that I'm looking to sell, one of which is a Ruger MKIII 22/45 and I'm trying to get an idea how much to list it for. The package would include (as pictured):
- Volquartsen MKII bushing (mag disconnect removed)
- Volquartsen black adjustable trigger
- Tactical Solutions 4.5” matte black threaded upper/barrel (serial # blurred in pics)
- Tactical Solutions green fiber optic sight
- 5 Ruger magazines
- Ruger case & all stock parts (mag disconnect, trigger, etc) included

I purchased everything new, it was used as a suppressor host and shot very little, maybe 300 rounds and always functioned 100%.

No idea what I should list this for, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd say $450-500 is fair, for both parties.
