Howdy gang! There's a piece of family property we're looking at selling in El Dorado County. It has a small cabin and what may be a marketable amount of timber on it.
I'm trying to figure out how to justify my sentimentality and buy the property from my Grandma, rather than dumping it on the open market never to be seen again.
I swore 20+ years ago that I'd never live in California again, but who knows what the future will bring, it's nice to have options.
Cutting to the chase, anyhow have insight on how to offer timber for sale on something like this? Might make the difference between keeping the land without mature timber, or not having the land at all.
Thanks in advance -
