What is the current dictate from on high to legally sell ammo ftf in IL? Since FOAD cards no longer have expiration dates is just visual verification not enough and thus we need to use the web portal?

I'm a buyer not a seller, lol. Honestly, if I'm getting rid of ammo, it's usually cause I'm trading/selling the only gun that shoots that caliber and ammo gets sold/figured in the trade at the shop I sold/traded Firearm at.
