I'm not sure what Blue Collar charges but they've been decent to me.

Yea good folks but 40 bucks also. The Alliance has a good price but has recently stopped accepting from individual- FFL to FFL only.

Forty dollars seems reasonable to me, considering all the risks involved in transferring a firearm. Maintaining a FFL is not cheap. Just pass the forty dollars along to the buyer of said firearm. Just my two cents.
