Hey there I'm looking to purchase a barrel nut and new wrench for a 4.5" Combat rail. During a removal attempt the barrel nut and wrench broke. I thought I followed the supplied directions 40ft lbs torque, aeroshell, etc but I must've missed something... The barrel nut bent up and went to pieces and the wrench lost a tooth as well. I ended up having to cut the nut off with a dremel to swap barrels. I will pay for these items just because of that fact. I've got nothing but good things to say about your equipment and take responsibility for this particular item's failure.
