I've seen reference to cutting down barrels, can you cut down a stealth 14.5 barrel to 9" (300blk barrel not 5.56)? The image on the LT website make it look like the profile wouldn't allow for it?
ADCO used to be $65 plus shipping. I’m not sure what current pricing is. As long as the gas port allows for it, it shouldn’t be an issue. I’m unsure about relocating the gas port if needed but I’m sure ADCO or someone else here will know.

What's the gas system length? If it's pistol length maybe if it's carbine maybe not. It's a pretty drastic change so usually I'd just recommend buying the barrel you want that's set up for the shorter length. 300 Blackout can be tricky already if you are trying to run supers and subs.

People who don't like motorcycles are just... weird.
Yes. Larue uses pistol length gas on all their 300BO barrels. I used ADCO to cut my 12" Stealth 300BO down to 9". Cost less than $100 including round trip shipping.
Appreciate the replies, aiming for as much of a LaRue gun as possible and while the 300blk barrels aren't on the website the 14.5 are still available on Optics Planet and at a pretty good price so going to take a shot and have Adco cut it down.
