I tried placing an order for BCM products and was told my credit card was declined by your third party. I subsequently tried with two other credit cards. All three credit cards are in good standing and I use them with other merchants. However, each time I was told your third party declined the transactions.

I don't have any other credit cards to try and your customer service representative stopped responding to my emails.  Is there someone else I can talk to?
