I’ve never had to use the Vortex customer service before, but I’ve only heard and read of how great they are.
Anyways, I just installed a new cup holder on my beach cruiser. It came with an ugly Koozie. Not too long ago, I saw a picture of a pretty nice Vortex koozie. I went onto the website ready to buy one, but couldn’t find it. Reached out asking if I could purchase one, and their response was “I got you covered”. 2 days later, I get an unexpected package. It’s 2 koozies, a hat, and a sticker sheet.
I know it’s not much, but it’s little things like this I feel goes a long way. Even considering that the postage probably cost more than what they sent for free.
