Does anyone have any recommendations for places or outfitters from Germany and Italy east?

Currently located in Italy looking to get a Red Stag in the next year.  I have a place in Hungary picked out but was looking to see if anyone else had any experience.

Also looking a good hunting forum to discuss with those that do overseas hunts
