Does anyone have recommendations for charter boats or captains for an off shore fishing day trip off the Outer Banks? We’ll be in the Corolla/Duck area June for a family reunion and want to take the guys and maybe some of the girls fishing.

The newbie fishing thread below was good advice. Because most will be newbies. ??

I'd recommend Sea Toy out of Manteo. I've gone out on that boat atleast a dozen times and got a mess of fish every time. Capt Bull knows the waters out there and keeps a good hand or two on the boat that is equally experienced. You will not be let down going with sea toy. The boat is gorgeous and perfectly setup with beds and bathroom for overnighted or naps. Air conditioned cabin, TV, full kitchen, and plenty of space for drinks

I've also heard great things about Rigged Up out of manteo. But have never went out on that boat. They just finished a complete overhaul a month ago
