So looks like I just bought a couple of compete FN bolt action receivers with 308 bolt faces. Anyone ever build one out? I'll be needing a barrel and a stock. This will be my first time building a bolt gun, but I've been really wanting to. I've got a lathe and mill at the house so wish me luck

I built up a rifle with the same action with a 20" fluted barrel that CDNN was selling years ago.
I ordered up a Williams steel hinged floor plate and mag and sold the detachable mag & associated metal. Winchester was selling the Bell & Carlson stock as a replacement part for its varmint gun at a great price. Had the action steel bedded in the stock and it is now my main deer rifle. |

They never charged me, never responded to emails either. Same for a friend who tried to order one. I wouldn't use them. |
