Trey stated that Knights is not going to do a civvy & mil line anymore. They will be one and the same at the sacrifice (to the commercial market) of cost. We will get that gun, rest assured. They just need to complete all outstanding backorders before that can take place. |

What they decide to do regarding their products is up to them. I have no issue with them selling whatever they produce to whomever they want to provided they are allies of this nation. :) |

Thinking of letting go of this 11.5” AAC/KAC URX 3.1 upper assembly. Started life with a 12.5” 300 BLK barrel in it. I had an 11.5” BCM CHF barrel put in and was wondering if anyone could chime in on what these are going for these days?

Sold the entire pistol with the OG 300blk barrel and everything minus the URX for $800 IIRC. The URX3.1 10.75 is almost a unicorn. It's not quite worth the full $800-1000 people pay on GAFS due to the AAC logo but its probably worth $600-800 on its own. |

Any word on production View Quote Product is still trickling in (the big exception being suppressors), but it sells out fast. I saw just under two dozen 11.5" SR-15 SBRs sell out in 15 minutes. It helps to get cozy with your KAC dealer. |

How hard would it be to build an 11.5 upper with a urx 4? As an aside, would I be considered a poser if I put a urx 4 on a standard upper receiver group?

View Quote @Tobysi not hard, depending on gas length and gas block used, you will have to open up one of the mlok slots at the 6:00 position for access to the gas block screws. regarding being a poser, yes |

What if I used a DD barrel with a pinned gas block? Would I still have to open an mlok slot? |

SR15 Mod2.1 Shot great at the Defoor Carbine class last weekend. Passed the new, more involved hat qual with it. Now that KAC parts are freeing up a little, I’ll try to get a KAC safety and trigger guard. |

Luckily for me a member hooked a used one in great shape. I had extra KAC shims |
