Smoke Composites 10" carbon fiber hand guard with optional top rail.  I have a few of these and this one isn't being used.  Works really well with a 10" or 10.5" barrel and is large enough in diameter to swallow most suppressors.  It will work with the Riflespeed gas blocks with minor modifications.  Comes with everything as new from the factory.

Photo is a comparison of the 10" with a 7.5" and the barrel is a 10.5" barrel.  Extremely lightweight and amazingly strong.  Honestly it feels like metal and looks/feels fantastic.  I just don't have a gun to put it on and it's been sitting for a year.

Just to be clear, it's the hand guard, trunnion/barrel nut, bolts and everything that you'd get from Smoke.  No barrel, no upper receiver, no complete rifle!
