Perfect tube pvs14, built buy the late Ed Wilcox from Vacaville, CA (Only selling since I just bought a set of Bono’s). He knew his night vision! no blems no spots. I don't have a spec sheet but it’s definitely at a min 62 lines per mm and no lower than a 27 snr. Very clear tube, I’ve had a bunch of NV and this is a good beginner setup.
