Anyone know bankruptcy proceedings? Is this Prudent being granted a request to liquidate their assets?

For those who don’t know, these are the guys who make the RAS now, most of Vltor’s stuff, furniture for FN and Colt, who knows what for Kalashnikov USA which is now also going under, braces for SB Tactical, miscellaneous parts for Double Star, parts for PSA, and did final machining on receivers and bolt groups for who even knows how many people. They were absolutely massive in firearm parts contracting.

If they don’t sell as a whole I think that’s bad news.

Well, it is a chapter 11 bankruptcy not 7. So it depends how they are going to proceed with the resolution of the company.
