I like his weird projects.

Neat. 50 round 9mm mag, scorpion mag compatibility without modifications, and can be switched to .30 SC, which would technically make it one more PCC like gun then there was previously.

I'd possibly buy one.

That's a cool gun. Something like that seems like a great platform for the 30 Super Carry. I'd actually like to see some nicer guns setup like that.

The ability to take a quadstack mag or a standard scorpion mag without modification or adapters is cooooool as fuck.

That is nice.  I'd settle for the 9mm in that case ...though , a scorpion in 30sc would be neat too

If you build they will come
There's definitely a market for that and Serbu's AR18 clone he's been tinkering with for years

I like these kinds of weird project guns. I especially like seeing the various oddities that people come up with using 3D printers. A lot of the challenges in designing, testing, and prototyping designs have been removed with the use of 3D printers.

I think a small high-pressure round like this is a good candidate for gas-delayed blow-back . The bolt would be greatly simplified over a rotating bolt design so it's kind of go between there. It'd allow a lighter bolt and slower unlocking for decreased recoil . The 30sc is what , around 50ksi ?

Mark sold that design to someone to be produced by them.  He didn't tell me who the buyer of the project was.

The point is that he never finished it and never initiated a deposit return unless you asked for it, for a project started nearly 10 years ago.

He seems like an eccentric guy, and it's probably more incompetence than malice, but I'm not interested in any Serbu products going forward after the SU-15 experience.

Careful, you'll run afoul of CoC and then he'll show up to throw some geriatric insults at you.
