They still a premium anywhere for ban states?


Found an old EA (Essential Arms J15) A2 style rifle in the safe I forgot about.


Didn't know if I needed to send it behind the lines ...

I’m pretty sure MA is the only state that still recognizes pre-ban rifles (along with rifle and pistol magazines). However, they seem to also have some odd state regulations, like you can pin a muzzle brake on a post-ban rifle but not a “flash suppressor.” I believe there have also been some challenges to their ban, which seem to have resulted in irregular enforcement of their regulations. So while I think they still command a higher price, many people are making do with their post-ban ARs.
