Update to the site today...

- Admin updates for... well, for me! (Merry Xmas to me!)

- Moved site flags (small flags for country) to a CDN library to improve site performance
- Moved some additional libraries to CDNs
- Blocked a rogue bot which was hammering website (wtf mate!)
- Streamlined youtube video linking backend to cut back on BW usage
- Fixed issue with red arrow not returning proper page data (error)
- Moved to latest featherlight library
- Fixed data issue with GS
- Fixed bug with reply form (rare error)
- LOWERED SEARCH TIMER LIMIT FOR NON TEAM (will help with searching for dupes, etc)
- Finished Mention on Quote system, but it's offline for now. Need to do some load testing then we may live test. (Option available in profiles when it goes live.)
- Minified a few files to save on BW usage
- All Mini banners moved to spritemap to improve performance and save on BW
- Updated files with old image links (small issue, but needed to be done)
- Updated links in forums to use new format
- Bunch of misc minor tweaks and updates to help performance

So nothing really sexy. The system to send mentions out when you are quoted is one I'm not sure if I want to turn on just yet. It is optional and defaulted to being turned off, but we need to see how much additional load it creates. Mentions will only be sent to team members with the system turned on and will work for normal and multi-quote responses. We may end up turning it on to see live impact for a few days, then making a decision to keep it active or turn it off. I just wanted to make sure everyone understood.

Much of the above is geared towards cutting down on BW usage and increasing performance on the site.
