I want to build a 7.5 pistol using a 7.2 Alpha rail and the superlative arms gas piston gas block. Will this fit under the rail and will the rail have enough wiggle room to do the twist install?

It will fit. I don't have that gas block, but by looking at the measurements of my troy rail, it looks like it will be tight. But there isn't a whole lot of twisting to get it on.
