You never know when feral swine will be out and about. During the cooler months, they are often found roaming throughout the day, and when it warms up, they go nocturnal. For that reason, I opted for this rig. A CMMG topped with an ATN thermal and another CMMG upper topped with a Riton 5 Primal 2-12X44. I have used the upper with the Riton Optic to take Kansa Whitetail out to 400 yards, never needing more than 1 shot to bring them down. My CMMG pair works great for my needs and gives me lots of flexibility. Needless to say, whatever is being hunted, if a coyote shows up, we are now hunting coyotes and this pair is 9 for 9 on fawn eaters.
