Here is my Saiga .223 rifle so far. Still need to cut the charging handle and place it in the vertical position with a knurled knob.

thanks,

Wow, lots of nice looking Saiga's!  BUT, I don't think I've seen any others that are parkerized instead of black - leave it to me to be the oddball. Just the way I like it.

I still plan to get a stubby TangoDown vertical grip & a 6volt Surefire LED light and eventually a Aimpoint T1 Micro. The LaRue IronDot works well, but I will probably mount it on a 9mm AR build I am working on.

NickDrak,
Where'd you get the top cover with the rail?

I know I've seen them before.
Seems like they cost much $$$$.

Brother, that gun is a Krebs KTR, it comes that way.

The people at Vulcan arms does something like that cover, but
I don't deal with Vulcan bad mojo.

Hi Silky

What do you mean???

are you talking about Centerfire Systems????

I am in Uk. The UK importers are    http://www.rusmilitary.com/html/firearms_ak104.htm

UK imports are all in 'single fire', we are not capable/trusted enough to own semi autos here in UK.

I use my AK for CQB (close combat battle) competitions on ETR (electronic target range), it functions flawlessly and shoots where I point it on target everytime with any type of surplus ammo.....

be safe

You answered my question.

It's a beautiful rifle!

What's the current situation like with owning firearms, are all semi autos rimfire? What are things looking like in the future?
