Can you piston experts tell me what the differences are in the PWS Mk116 vs MK114? Can’t figure it out but the mk114 is cheaper.

It's probably because the MK114 has a Pinned and Welded Muzzle Device, the MK116 does not as it meets the legal requirement for length without it being an SBR.
Edit: I completely looked at that wrong lol, my dyslexia got the best of me. Guys below nailed it. |

Top one looks to be a blem. Has a bm identifier in URL and the description mentions possible cosmetic issues on parts.
