This is not a trauma kit, nor any type of IFAK.  Just an ouch pouch.  Just curious what you think is necessary for something simple.

Thanks.

We have a Trauma Kit and an REI Adventure Med Kit in all our vehicles.
The Adventure Med Kit comes in a waterprof bag and is pretty well stocked with bandages and meds. I also add in a few things like allergy pills and Amodium AD.

I just keep a bunch of the stuff we use on job sites frequently in a bag. Lots of bandaids, compression bandages, extra OTC meds. Plus normal IFAK stuff. Usually one of us is bleeding by the end of the day.

Band aids, antiseptic wipes, a little bit of tape just in case.

I have a bunch of those little $1 travel first aid packs every grocery and drug store has, and keep them filled. Wife used to give me crap for it but last week she needed it and was thankful I made sure there was one in her vehicle.

The kits I put in our trucks and machines go from booboos to big leaks and injured limbs.  One side of the zip open bag is for ouchies the other side is for oh shit.

Boo boo kit

Nexcare waterproof bandaids
Steristrips (yellow backer)
Alcohol wipes
Dry gauze wipes
Rubber gloves
Neosporin
Nail clipers

Covers a lot of minor injuries and the combo of Nexcares reinforced with Steristrips makes a great flexible dressing for cuts on your hands that will actually stay on place for a reasonable amount of time.

All fits in a maxpedition dip pouch an I have several to go around.

Ouch pouch?

Sounds like another name for a scrotum.
