midcap: They probably bought the home while attending University then moved back home and just rent it out for the income.
I don't see the issue if it's just some rando Indian dude....as they don't have the ability to actually move a market and manipulate it like Zillow, Black Rock etc.

There is no free market when wealth and ownership of property are flowing out of the country due to the government's engineered mass migration policy. Capitalism's only purpose is in reducing an independent nation state to helplessness by driving it from autarky to dependence, from distributed wealth to concentrated wealth, from subsistence to indebtedness, from dutiful responsibility to limited liability, and from a political citizenry to a mob electorate whose mass enfranchisement renders it witless against an entrenched bureaucracy. As such Capitalism is every bit as dangerous to our well being as a nation as is Communism.

Globally, there is an enormous number of people of high, above average, and average intelligences who are willing to do work in America cheaper than most of the American public. If a government insources to do a job, for less pay or less security, an alien over a native then the government's actions are inimical to the common good of the native public and exists merely as a tool to extract wealth for concentration in the hands of an oligarchic few. This is America.
StampCollector87: Here is one for you all would you rather have a H1B doctor or no doctor at all? My local hospital has a lot of indian M.D's because good white doctors just don't apply or stay. Do you lower standards to become a Dr or import doctors?
. . .
Im sure pay will make up for this. Some estimates are higher, I had to wait a month to see a specialist locally.
"According to new projections published today by the AAMC (Association of American Medical Colleges), the United States will face a physician shortage of up to 86,000 physicians by 2036."

One third of Generation X was aborted, and the high rate continued into the early part of the Millennial Generation, while the young people experienced a fertility reduction from various birth control methods that disproportionately affected women of above average intelligence. In conjunction with this the financialization of medicine, the regulatory capture of medical insurance, and the increasing cost of medical education has contributed to the physician deficit. The political and business power establishment in this country connived to bring about this situation.
That situation can be reversed with good government, and while it is being reversed the ContraDisney Solution can be employed - the good foreign doctors can be kept on to train their native replacements.
