A red flag law in the guise of a suicide prevention bill will be discussed by the Judicial committee
Friday 2/10/23 at 1:30 pm if you can attend in person to oppose!

Comments to oppose this bill can be submitted on line before noon 2/9/23 Sorry for the short notice!!

Or, Call/write your Senator to oppose this bill and support LB314 a real suicide prevention bill.

I was able to attend the hearing and testify against the bill along with about 10 others including Trish from NFOA. 2 people testified in favor.
They had received about 100 messages opposing the bill and 2 in support. Hopefully it dies in committee!
