I am looking to have a Remington 700 barrel cut, several inches off, and re-threaded.
Can anybody recommend some good places to send the barreled action off to for the work? And is not 6 months to 1 year turn around time? Not many places local to me and the places that are only want to build complete rifles are notoriously so far behind that their turn around time are so long that I might as well not even bother. Thanks Edit- there is one or two places semi local I am still looking at to see what they say about my project. |

I’ve used rivers bend custom guns out of Kansas City. Faster turn around than quoted. Phenomenal work.
