I don't build but I do check in on prices sometimes, this seems like the cheapest i've seen in a while at $379.00, no furniture though, and the kits are aged pretty good, the reports I see about them say they're getting '67 and '68 kits, some with all numbers matching parts. Finish is pretty rough with a little surface rust here and there too, but ought to clean up fairly easily with a quick media-blast.
