I got a free SS barrel from a buddy of mine; he’s a maintenance guy for an apt. building, and often gets free stuff due to people leaving it behind after moving or being evicted. Oddly-enough, it’s a 15”. However, the rifling is good, and it’s in nice shape, but the markings on it are unknown to me. Theres a little star (kinda like BCM) and a #4 on the chamber … Any clue???

oddly enough, it’s a 15” Did you measure with a rod and a bolt locked in the extension? A barrel that measures 15" with a tape measure from end to end, will likely measure 14.5 in actuality. Just curious as to how you got the dimension. |

Several manufacturers use extensions marked similar.
"4" denotes M4 ramps. As for the asterisk, I couldn't tell you. |
