Hey guys,

It's my understanding that the Geissele 700 trigger is undergoing a redesign so I have no clue when that will be available for purchase and i'd like a trigger now.

Out of the options available on the market, what is going to feel most similar to a Geissele SSA-E?

Thanks everyone.

It's really a shame the super 700 isn't available currently. Hopefully they re release it soon.

Yeah it baffled me why they benched that trigger.  Of all the triggers they made for odd ball rifles and the 17 different(lol) triggers they make for ar, they discontinued the 700 is tarded.  That trigger was also the same trigger used in the mk13 mod4+ rifles, it was deemed superior to all other entries and superceded the xtreme 2 stage that was used in the mk13.  I feel the giessele felt the most like AI triggers and that's what I ran in my non-AI bolt guns.  The bix and Andy are very nice and can be set in the Oz if that's your jam, but also require nail polish to lock the multiple settings.

The lighter 2stage timney and
standard triggertech 2 stage(cant remember the name) will be very similar to the ssa-e.

Keep in mind, the timney and triggertech aren't real 2stage triggers, just simulated 2stage.  The x-treme, giessele, and bix n Andy are actual 2 stage triggers.
