threading a barrel for a suppressor

I have a heavy barrel savage mkii 22lr and am considering having the muzzle end turned down and threaded 1/2x28. The question is, will this affect the accuracy? (button rifled I believe)

Threading a barrel should have zero affect on accuracy. What the suppressor does is another thing.
