I designed and 3d printed this protective cap that holds a 1/8 acrylic lens over the glass to prevent damage from airsoft or Sim rounds.

This is a friction fit item, the more times you put it on and remove it, the less secure it will be. That shouldn't worry you much unless you choose to remove it several times a week for a long time.

It is printed in PLA+ and WILL hold up to heat from a suppressor. I have fired apx.
1000 rounds through my suppressor with this mounted thus far and have had NO issues. It has not melted at all. The PLA expands slightly with heat and will become slightly looser. So long as your not messing with it, it will be fine. This should be considered an expendable item that will need replacing eventually. However it will likely be fine for quite some time.

Each cap will come with 2 lenses. And a removal tool since the fit is snug.

I only have a design to fit the Modlite phlv2 and okw Gen 2 head. The gen 1 head is bigger and this will NOT be compatible.
