Description says:
Marpat Backpack Woodland Camo Rucksack 21” Large Digital

Never seen one of these with what appears to be a stitched on mesh water bottle holder on the side.  Anyone know if this is legit
USGI?

It says in the description that it's a civilian bag.

I need a good mid sized bag with water bottle holders on the sides.  Mesh or better yet pouches.  Can't find one other than crap for some reason.

Sign up for Maxpedition emails. They have a BOGO sale on Legacy gear. The pygmy falcon has two water bottle holders.

That is not a Marine Corps issued bag, the dump pouch is.

I don't think you'll be able to find any Pro-2A companies in that price range, but North Face and REI have bags in that size and price range.

ETA: Forgot about Maxpedition. Here's a 32L bag for under $150 on closeout with side pockets for a bottle:

The 5.11 Rush 24 2.0 is actually pretty decent.

5.11 f'ed that bag up in the 2.0 version IMO.  Removed drain holes, CCW pocket with Velcro closure funnels any rain on the back of the bag right into the CCW pocket.  The Velcro even has gaps in it to make sure the CCW compartment fills with water.   The two Velcro tabs on the left/right shoulders for the hydration tube are gone in the 2.0.  An then there's the laptop pouch they added in the mail compartment.  Read they were trying to turn the Rush24 into a duel purpose, combination business and go bag in one.   If TSHTF the last thing I'm going to be lugging anywhere is a fried laptop.  The Rush24 was just about perfect as a go back except for a few things that would have been easy to fix in the 2.0 version.  Instead they went and f'ed it up.
