Apprentice at work used to be a chef.  I asked about his opinion on #1 topping for grilled chicken breast.

The above was his answer and it is a win in my book.  We didn't find any red chili pepper at the store and substituted red pepper flake.  Going to try leftover on steak tomorrow.

It's great on steak.  I have some flank leftover from fajitas yesterday.  Might make some to go with it.

I used leftover "sauce" on a ribeye the next day and it was better than on grilled chicken the day before.
