The 3 B's, people don't realise how often they happen at chemical plants and refineries. Something breaks down, something burns up, something blows up. I repair all the structural and plate stuff to get it going again on a quick turnaround basis.

Any thing, any time.

I have TS/SCI and I'm 100% WHF.

I just don't work on TS/SCI programs or things anymore from home... if I do, I have to get in thte car and drinve into a facility/lab.  And if/when my current clearance expires they probably won't be renewed or resubmitted for investigation.  I haven't been to the lab or facility in like 5 months.

It’s been on a grey Malibu for 9 years. Now it’s on a white stinger.

It has been on a gold cobalt and a pewter s-10. It’s been on 4 cars in the 16 years I’ve had ZMB-HNTR.
I still catch people taking pictures of my plates at traffic lights.

Turbo with a tune, requires 92 and a bottle of octane boost per tank, that's about $5.80 a gallon.

Fuck it, stomp on it

It’s fun watching the “range”. You have 225 miles of range. Stomps gas. Hears the turbos. You have 221 miles of range.

Fuck!

I jest, I'm sure you're a cyclist that follows either road or pedestrian rules, not ignoring both

I get paid my mileage for work, don't do a lot on the weekends. I get paid mileage from when I leave the house until I return Monday through Friday. I just stop at the store, run errands, etc, on the way home. I drive a Hyundai elantra that averages 34 mpg. I am reimbursed 30 cents a mile. I actually make out a little, I am currently paying $3.25 a gallon.

Election year so they are gonna pump all the oil they can to keep prices low.

When you consider back in 2006 or so gas was $2.70 ish a gallon and now at $3.20 or so it's kinda a bargain with all the other inflation goin on.

Driving the Tesla a lot more than we thought we would.

My cost per mile is about 1/10 of my Raptor, and 1/4 of the wife’s last car.

I also get $160 vehicle depreciation per pay, thats $320 a month.

I could keep track and claim the difference on my taxes. The mileage the company pays is strictly to reimburse for the cost of gas. Which it does.

Well I took a trip to Texas for the eclipse(and my sister lives down there so I got to visit her). 2100 miles each way from Oregon. About $1400 in fuel for the round trip. Downside for my vehicle is it is tuned for premium from the factory - and it took me a bit to check mileage on google maps to do the conversion, and my speedometer/odometer are reading about 12% low(noticed this in a construction zone in Idaho that had radar speed signs), after conversion I was getting about 15mpg in my Jeep. Price in Portland - $5.09. Lowest price I saw on the trip was in Childress, TX - $3.57/gal. I think sleeping in a broken seat that won't recline at rest areas messed up my shoulder. I need to replan how to pack things in there so I can crawl in the back and lay down.

It’s $3.49 here and doesn’t affect me now. If it goes up an additional $1.25, I might cut back a bit. Probably not though. I drive very inefficient vehicles.

Sure.  It's fun because it's so light and it's a thumper so good amount of torque.  More than enough to have fun.
