I picked this up for cheap on the local FB marketplace. It’s an interesting combo of low loft but higher forgiveness/launch/spin compared to my TSR3 3 wood.

So I started thinking, what if I go lower loft in the more forgiving driver head? Drove over to 2nd Swing and put my shaft in this, turned down to 7.25. The numbers were great so I brought it home. Just picked up an A grade mat from Rawhide and a The Net Return net. Going to build a spot in the back yard for it all.
The net stops balls very well. None flying back at you. Nice and quiet. I'll pull the golf cart out of the garage, hook up the portable AC and play 18 on E6 Connect tomorrow.

The closer I get to the hole the shorter the putt right?
 Attached FileDid another short game clinic. Why not, get a club, beer, sleeve of balls and an hour and half lesson with all the balls you can hit for the same price as just buying it from the pro shop. Was thinking of just replacing my SW but settled on adding a 58 to the bag. |

I've bought a few things the past 2 weeks.
4x5 mat from Rawhide Net Return Pro Garmin TruSwing Garmin Venu 3 to give my S62 a break from regular use Garmin CT10 full set I should be good to go for a while or 4 days until I see something else I "need." Next purchase will probably be a GC3 because we all need one of those, right?

This thing is awesome and I need to give a shoutout for great customer service. The stock head weight is 360 grams. I would prefer it at 350, so I called the phone number on Toulon’s website to see if lighter weights were available.
The receptionist quickly transferred me over to Sean Toulon himself. We talked for a minute and he said he’d mail out a set of lighter weights and a tool at no charge.  Attached File |

I love the #7 head style. I’ve always rolled them in the shop but never pulled the trigger till this year. Alignment is so much easier that it’s almost cheating.
