I am going to say
Fake

The date does not seem to line up perfectly
And the Swiss Made at the bottom with the crown is off

It's the "ring lock system" text for me.

Pearl and numerals on bezel not aligned. Also, hour hash marks should be thicker than the rest of them. Surprised to see one this bad.

Besides everything that has been mentioned, the very first thing I saw was the M by 3900m.
It should be on the bottom aligned with the bottom of the 3900, not raised. That is an OLD tell. They seemed to have mostly fixed it in some of the better clones.

You sly boots.
This 'ruse' crossed my mind last night when glanced at it.

Wear pattern variables apply to older models, loose bracelets, scratches, etc. Even after time/fading, that face still would have perfect lettering.
Usually their fine timepieces either look 'prefect' or likely faux

If there's no room for your watch in the 4" thick Titanium two-man crew sphere of Limiting Factor, just tie it outside.

(tested to 45,000 feet deep in Russia, the aptly named Limiting Factor was tested 10,000 feet deeper than any point on earth.
A record setting submersible (first to dive all 5 ocean deeps, 3 never before visited), your $46,000 Ti watch will survive.

Horrible fake. The “floating” M is way out of place. The date isn’t even close to being aligned. When you turn the crown there’s probably more grinding happening than all the GD incel men get.
